ROOMS AVAILABLE:

	Regular Rooms with 1 Full, 1 Queen, 1 King, or 2 Full Size Beds.  Prices range from $45 to $70 per night (depending on number of people).
	Family Rooms have one Queen Bed and a separate room with 2 Full Size Beds.  Each room has its own TV and coffee maker.  Prices range from $76 to $89 per night.
	Kitchenettes - a bedroom, bathroom and a separate fully furnished kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, etc.  Prices range from $70 to $75 per night.
	The Cottage has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, dresser and large closet, full size bath, fully furnished kitchen with microwave, dishes, refrigerator, stove, etc., dining room, living room with couch and recliner, and includes a covered porch with table and chairs.  Prices range from $84 to $94 per night.
	The Ranch House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -- Master bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, TV, closet, full size bath with 2 sinks, garden tub and a separate shower.  Two other rooms each with a Full Size bed, dresser and closet.  House includes a living room, dining room, full size, fully furnished kitchen with microwave, dishes, refrigerator, stove, pots/pans, etc.  Front Porch is extra large and has a swing, table and chairs and more.  Smaller porch in back of house.  Price is $110 for 1-2 people, $130 for 3-4 people, $150 for 5-6 people (price is per night).
	The John Wayne Suite has lots of extra room with a King Bed, table and chairs, futon couch that makes into a full size bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, closet, TV, large bathroom and more.  Decorated with John Wayne pictures.  Price is $56 to $75per night.
	The Texas Bunkhouse has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Full Size Bed), a full size bath, full furnished kitchen (including refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishes), living room with futon couch that makes into a full size bed and covered porch.  Decorated in the State of Texas theme.  Price ranges from $84 to $99 per night (depending on number of people).
	All prices do not includes state and city occupancy taxes.  Prices subject to change without notice.

	Call for weekly (2 week minimum) or monthly rates.
	Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.  If you are going to be later than 6:00 p.m., please call us at 830-997-4389 x117 and let us know and we will hold your room.
	Call as early as possible if you need to cancel your reservation, but we require a minimum of 48 hours before check-in time for notification.  If you do not call within 48 hours, your credit card will be charge.   Thank you for your consideration.
	Some weekends are 2 night minimum stays.

PETS:  We welcome your pets to stay with us.  Please let us know when making your reservation that you will be bringing your pet.  There is a $10 per night, per pet charge.  Please bring a crate/kennel for your pet to stay in if you plan to be away from your room.  Also, bring food/water bowls and a leash for your pet.  You must pick up your pet droppings. No puppies allowed.

LAUNDRO-MAT:  We have a washer and dryer available for use and is located behind the courtesy restroom next to the gazebo.
